My Training...

"Throughout my life Brenda has been my biggest inspiration, never once has she given up on me and has been there to guide and lead me through everything. Brenda is a role model to all; she's a motivator and refuses to let you give up. As a personal trainer she does her job with love and compassion for the sport itself, and gives her heart to help you get where you want to go.

After watching her compete and fall completely in love with fitness, I, as I have a tendency of doing, followed in her footsteps. And without her guidance and knowledge I would never have gotten as far as I did. Not only did she push me physically but as well as mentally to help me receive 2nd place at my first competition. She got me in the best shape I'd been in for years. I looked and felt great. She helped boost my self-esteem and gave me the ambition to be in the gym again. And for her love, friendship and helping hand I will forever thank her.

For those who dream, there's no such thing as impossible! She showed me this!

"When I met Bren, I was emotionally and physically looking for something to make me feel better from the inside out about myself. Bren inspired me from her own personal determination and success that I realized personal training is and can be for anyone.

I met with Bren and went on a program with dieting and training. I started to quickly see results and it started to increase my determination. Bren worked with me to attain my goal of competing. We worked from 16 weeks out to win my 1st Fitness show and now there is no stopping me. As a friend, Bren continues to inspire me!"
